Just Blu-Lock. So, the BLU–Lock pipe is made to be put in line after, not before, the valve in your irrigation system. You can however use PVC-Lock fittings before the valve. Now, after the valve Blu-Lock is amazing. And it’s a truly green way to go as well. Not are you eliminating the chemical glues, but the Blu-Lock system uses HDPE pipe which is recyclable!
Fast Installation With Blu-Lock Fittings
These BLU–Lock fittings are available in couplers, adapters, caps, elbows, reducing elbows, tees, reducing tees, and swing assemblies. The Patent pending push-and-go design makes installation quick and easy. These fittings often reduce installation time by fifty percent or more. The fittings are UV Resistant and made to last. Now in another video, I showed how to use the three-quarter-inch and-inch size fittings. In this video, I want to show you the half-inch because its features are slightly different.
Let’s put this fitting on a piece of Blu-lock pipe. Done. How easy was that!? And watch this. The fittings rotate after installation. You can even remove the fitting and reuse it! And to remove, merely push in on these blue tabs and pull the fitting off.
